After earlier having received the Susanne K. Langer Award from the Media Ecology Association, Yoni Van Den Eede's book The Beauty of Detours has now won a second award: the S. I. Hayakawa Book Prize of the Institute of General Semantics. The prize was awarded to colleague Van Den Eede at the annual Alfred Korzybski Memorial Lecture on October 9th, which took place via Zoom due to the corona situation.
